Two projects involving researchers from Lodz University of Technology (TUL) have been selected among four initiatives recommended for funding in the third edition of the M‑ERA.NET 3 programme.
Project “safeHEARTassist” – the research at TUL will be carried out by a team from the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering led by Assoc. Prof. Dorota Bociąga. The consortium includes the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Foundation for Cardiac Surgery Development named after Prof. Zbigniew Religa, CHIRMED Medical Tools Factory, Silesian University of Technology, Lodz University of Technology, and the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa.
Project “EcoMold” – the research at TUL will be led by Assoc. Prof. Cezary Rapiejko, from the Department of Material Technology and Production Systems. The consortium consists of the University of Kalisz, Lodz University of Technology, Armatura Work Cooperative, and Techno‑fly Barbara Kołodziejek.
